Y ou can't help but to get a ton of positive feedback for all your good assistance! So, I just wanted to add my personal words of appreciation.

I'm new to the business; hoping to get rid of my 50 hour per week, trading time-for-dollars job as a social worker/psychologist. I'm also a trained minister and find your materials consistent with the best I've been taught in all my specialties.

You are a solid, caring thinker, perhaps with the same commitments I myself have made. At any rate, I find your philosophy of caring unselfishly for others to be a flow of honesty and integrity, genuinely trying to meet their felt needs instead of just padding your own pocket (with care for others with just a sideline to promote your own interests). 

What a novelty, sincerely meeting others' needs, honing in on their real feelings, their real needs, and earnestly trying to effectively treat their problems.  Whew! It's a fit for me.

I have all of your materials and have used many of your techniques with great success.

One that seems to bring in a lot of listings is the $500 cash Guarantee only I make it $1,500 because of the property values in our market here in Southern California. 

I could make it $5,000 because the way it is worded, I have never had to pay out but it sure gets the sellers to come to me and that is what you want; the chance to make that listing presentation.
